The workouts are designed to be done at home because they require minimal equipment, but they can certainly be done at the gym.
And it's FREE!
Equipment needed for all workouts is dumbbells, bench or chair and a yoga mat. For lower body days, I often use suggest fabric loop bands.They are still optional.
All serie's workouts are from 15 minutes to 30 minutes. Most of them include a 2 minute dynamic warmup.
The workouts are for all levels. All exercises are timed, so you do as many reps as you want and can in the time required. You also add the weight you are comfortable with. Always think quality over quantity.
